We're looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and managing all operational aspects of the company's customer journey. Your primary focus is to ensure that customers are satisfied with the company's products or services and achieve their desired outcomes. You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, address their needs, and help drive customer retention. You will guide customers through the onboarding process and serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams, helping to resolve issues and facilitate communication.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience in customer success management roles.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Track record of achieving operational efficiency targets.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good understanding of the telecom industry and private network market dynamics.
  • Good understanding of Cellular, Wi-Fi and Fiber technologies.
