We're looking for an experienced Director of Operations who will be for overseeing and managing the entire bnetwork deployment and customer support activities. You will also oversee various aspects of the business to support growth and streamline processes. Your primary focus is to help Bloxtel achieve operational excellence.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in marketing leadership roles.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonnal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of the telecom industry and private network market dynamics.
