We're looking for an experienced VP of Enterprise & Carrier Sales to join our executive team. You will work directly with the CEO and be responsible for overseeing and managing our telecom commercial operations. Your primary focus is to drive revenue generation, business growth, and profitability through enterprise and carrier partnerships.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Partnership Development: Build and nurture strategic partnerships with telecom operators, enterprises, and ecosystem players.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and lead commercial negotiations with key accounts.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage sales, marketing, and business development teams to achieve targets.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in commercial leadership roles, including sales, marketing, and business development.
- Strong understanding of the telecom industry and private network market dynamics.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Track record of achieving revenue and profit growth targets.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of Cellular, Wi-Fi and Fiber technologies.
