Site Technician

We're looking for experienced technicians who take pride in deploying and maintaining state-of-the-art network equipment in the field. As a Site Technician, you will work on various customer-facing projects with opportunities to switch teams and projects as you and our fast-paced business grow and evolve. We need our technicians to be versatile, display leadership qualities and be enthusiastic to take on new problems as we continue to push our patented technology forward.
With your technical expertise you will manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Equipment Installation: Install and configure network equipment including 5G base stations, antennas, and wireless access points in the field.
- Field Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of network equipment at customer sites.
- RF Testing: Conduct RF site surveys and drive tests using specialized testing tools to ensure optimal network performance.
- Technical Support: Provide on-site technical support and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex issues.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2 years of experience with installing and maintaining network equipment in the field
- 2 years of experience with RF testing (drive/site) tools
- 2 years of experience with Linux computer troubleshooting
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Good understanding of Cellular (5G), Wi-Fi and Fiber technologies. Satellite knowledge is a plus.
