Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer

We're looking for experienced Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineers who take pride in monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing state-of-the-art 5G networks. As a NOC Engineer, you will be the first line of defense in ensuring network reliability and performance. You will work on various critical infrastructure projects with opportunities to switch teams and projects as you and our fast-paced business grow and evolve. We need our engineers to be versatile, display strong analytical skills, and be enthusiastic to take on new challenges as we continue to push our patented technology forward.
With your technical expertise you will ensure network uptime, quickly resolve incidents, and contribute to continuous improvement of our network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- System Monitoring: Using tools to monitor network performance, traffic, and security, identifying issues before they impact users.
- Troubleshooting & Resolution: Analyzing network issues (e.g., outages, performance bottlenecks, security alerts) and implementing solutions.
- Maintenance & Installation: Performing routine checks on hardware/software, including cabling and server rack installation.
- Incident Management: Tracking issues via ticketing systems, providing updates, and escalating to appropriate teams when necessary.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience with designing, deploying and maintaining 4G or 5G networks.
- Experience with site survey, network planning and testing tools
- Knowledge of 3GPP and ETSI Specs. O-RAN specs are a plus.
