We're looking for an experienced Director of Operations who will be for overseeing and managing the entire network deployment and customer support activities. You will also oversee various aspects of the business to support growth and streamline processes. Your primary focus is to help Bloxtel achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Network Deployment: Oversee and manage all network deployment activities, ensuring timely and successful rollouts.
- Customer Support: Lead customer support operations, ensuring high customer satisfaction and rapid issue resolution.
- Process Optimization: Streamline business processes and implement operational best practices to support growth.
- Resource Management: Manage operational resources, budgets, and vendor relationships effectively.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in operational leadership roles.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonnal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of the telecom industry and private network market dynamics.
