We're looking for experienced Blockchain Engineers who bring fresh ideas from all areas of blockchain technology. As a Blockchain Engineer, you will work on a specific project critical to Bloxtel’s needs with opportunities to switch teams and projects as you and our fast-paced business grow and evolve. We need our engineers to be versatile, display leadership qualities and be enthusiastic to take on new problems across the full-stack as we continue to push our patented technology forward. With your technical expertise you will manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. You will design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance our blockchain software stack.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Smart Contract Development: Design, develop, and deploy secure smart contracts using Solidity and other blockchain programming languages.
• Security Auditing: Conduct thorough security audits of smart contracts, identifying vulnerabilities and implementing best practices.
• Blockchain Integration: Integrate blockchain functionality with backend systems, APIs, and external services.
• dApp Development: Build and deploy decentralized applications with seamless full-stack integration across frontend, backend, and blockchain layers.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in smart contract development and security auditing, preferably in Solidity..
• 4 years of experience with data structures or algorithms in either an academic or industry setting.
• 4 years of experience with developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks.
• Proficiency in code and system health, diagnosis and resolution, and software test engineering.

Additional Qualifications:

• Familiarity with multiple Layer-1 blockchains and their respective tooling and ecosystems
• Strong understanding of relevant ERC standards for NFTs and tokenized assets (e.g., ERC-721, ERC-1155, ERC-20)
• Experience with both custodial and non-custodial wallet architectures, key management, and signing flows
• Hands-on experience building and deploying decentralized applications (dApps) with full-stack integration across frontend, backend, and blockchain layers
